The Skidmore College Women’s Lacrosse team will be holding our annual Winter Clinic Series for local athletes of all ages. Instruction from college coaches and current collegiate players will focus on developing individual skills, introducing team concepts, improving lacrosse IQ and promoting good sportsmanship. Players will be placed in age / skill–level–appropriate groups to ensure a fun yet challenging experience.
This is a great opportunity for young athletes to receive individual attention in a positive and fun atmosphere. The youth session will focus on individual skills emphasizing fundamentals and small sided concepts.
→High School Session:
The high school age group will be a team oriented, high level skills clinic. The first two hours will be dedicated to pushing the athletes to elevate play and get a sense of what a college lacrosse practice is like, through small sided drills. The final hour of the clinic will be tournament style games between teams.
