2012 Concerts in Wiswall Park Series
The Ballston Spa Business & Professional Association once again presents its free summer Concerts in the Park series with a diverse line-up of musical performers. The concerts are held every Thursday evening in the summer (June 28-August 30) from 6-8 pm in Wiswall Park, in the heart of historic downtown Ballston Spa.
This year’s schedule:
June 28-Jump Daddies (swing band)
July 5-Ballston Spa Community Band (multi-generational concert band)
July 12-Black Mountain Symphony (folk/rock)
July 19- Skeeter Creek (country)*
July 26-Byrds of Prey (rock)
Aug. 2-Ice Cream Social with Union Fire Company Band
Aug. 9-Sirsy (rock/pop)
Aug. 16-Brian Gibney Band (Celtic)
Aug. 23 Seth Warden & the Moody Melix (kids/family)
Aug. 30-Skeeter Creek (encore). *Skeeter Creek performances in conjunction with FROGGY 107.1 FM.
The concert series is FREE to the public. Bring chairs, blankets, snacks and don’t forget about the Ballston Spa Farmers’ Market, which runs just prior to the concert series from 3-6pm Thursdays.
