9 Miles East (as in 9 miles east of Saratoga) delivers ready-to-reheat meals to their subscribers, making it easy for busy people to enjoy local food. Meals are made from vegetables grown on the farm in a sustainable manner and harvested at their peak season.
This event will give you an opportunity to learn about the farm and their farming practices and to enjoy a delicious 4 course dinner al fresco (weather permitting). 9 Miles East is generously donating their services and proceeds, after expenses, will benefit the Slow Food Saratoga Region chapter.

What to bring- Alcohol will not be served but feel free to BYOB! A menu will be provided in advance to facilitate pairing. Cider from the neighbor’s orchard will be provided.
