The Saratoga Springs Public Library offers many wonderful programs for families. We’ve done lots of programs and have enjoyed all of them. The one’s I put on the calendar are the drop-in programs which are free, and open to all; no pre-registration required.
Star Lab Traveling Planetarium

What better way to see the night sky during the day than a trip to the planetarium? Chris Grubb, Program Director of Planetarium Adventures brings the night sky to us with his traveling Star Lab. View stars, planets, and constellations while hearing the stories and myths behind these marvels that make up our world.
Space is limited; pick up free tickets in the Children’s Room the day of the program. There will be 30-minute show times beginning at 4:00 p.m., 4:30 p.m., 5:00 p.m., 5:30 p.m., 6:00 p.m., and 6:30 p.m.
We ask that parents of small children go into the Star Lab with their children.
