Top Hats & Tap Shoes at the National Museum of Dance

A program for kids ages 3 to 6, based on the book Song and Dance Man, written by Karen Ackerman. The story is about young children who discover the wonders of vaudeville song & dance through their grandfather.

After reading the book, kids will take part in a simple tap lesson, rhythm games, a coloring activity, watch a clip of the Nicholas Brothers, and dress up in costumes to put on their own vaudeville show!

This is a free event. RSVP by calling 518.584.2225 x3009 or emailing sue@dancemuseum.org
