This has been an absent August for Strictly Saratoga, but hopefully that will change with this week. It’s deep into track season, and the weekends show it. How have you been coping with the busy downtown?
Anyway – some news – and for the bookworm in me, this is really exciting. It seems more and more plausible that Northshire Books is going to be opening a second location in the old Borders building.
Traver’s Restaurant Week is starting up today, August 19th and ends on Thursday, August 23rd. Receive a three-course meal priced at $18.64 (the year of the first Travers race) at many of our favorite restaurants. The most interesting thing about Travers Restaurant Week is that more participating restaurants are located OUTSIDE of Saratoga; in Albany, Schenectady, Latham, etc. Check out the full list of restaurants including menus are here.
