Thanks for stopping by! My name is Colleen Pierre and I am a local gal; born and raised in Ballston Spa, NY. While I have lived many other places, I found myself back in this area to raise my children, Robby and Angeline. I truly love this area and despite being a ‘local’, I find new and interesting things all the time!
I started my first website, MaltaMama.com back in January of 2010. I was blown away by the positive response I was getting from that site. Seemed that I was not the only mama looking for things to do! When former SaratogaMama owner, uber mama of three, and PR extraordinaire Lizzie Sorensen asked me about taking over SaratogaMama, I thought it would be a natural fit for me.
I took all of what I loved about MaltaMama and made SaratogaMama better- easier to navigate, more fun to view, easier to share. I also added a unique and exciting component, the ability to ADD! Have you ever wanted to start a group or meet other mama’s in the area? Host a meetup! Find an event that you think we should all know about? Add it! The possibilities are endless.

Hi! I’m Allison Clower. Though I’ve only lived in this area for a little over a year, I’m getting to know more about what Saratoga County has to offer! I’m excited to be able to share my experiences with you as I discover what it means to call this area “home”.
My husband was in the Navy for over 9 years and we moved 8 times during his career. We’ve lived in 6 different states and even lived in Japan for 3 years. We have 3 children and 2 golden retrievers, who we treat as children. I am an animal lover and enjoyed volunteering for a large golden retriever rescue for over 2 years when we lived in California. I also enjoy mountain biking, but my favorite thing to do is spend time with my family and friends.
