Saratoga County Real Estate
I’ve always been interested in the real estate market. We own two homes in Saratoga County, one a rental property in downtown Saratoga that is currently on the market, and the house where we reside, in Malta.
We’ve house hunted here, and scoured communities and neighborhoods from Clifton Park to Wilton and everywhere in between. We eventually settled in Malta, leaving our downtown Saratoga Springs home behind. I adore living in the small community of Malta but do sometimes miss the Saratoga city living; being able to walk to the Farmers’ Market each week, walking to the best restaurants and shops, strolling downtown for coffee on a Saturday morning and certainly the liveliness of downtown.

A Great Local Realtor!
With so much development in Saratoga County, and because my Saratoga real estate knowledge is limited, I was really excited to meet local realtor Terry Harlow. Terry works with RealtyUSA on the Lauri Morrissey team. While Terry and her team primarily focus on residential listings in Saratoga County, they work in other counties and take on commercial listings as well.
“We are extremely client-focused and go wherever our clients need us,” Terry said. Currently given the economic growth in Saratoga County, that means working with lots of relocation companies and also doing rentals.
Terry has been welcoming many new families into Saratoga County lately from around the globe and acts not only as their realtor, but also as a concierge to help new families get acclimated to the area. In addition to being a realtor, Terry is involved in several local volunteer organizations including the Academy for Lifelong Learning, and the Ballston Lake Improvement Association. Prior to her career in real estate, Terry worked at AIG in New York City and held several other positions at top corporations. Having been from this area originally, she is happy to be “home”.
