This weekend in Ballston Spa is the Parrot Head Festival; a summer kick-off celebration which is slated to turn Ballston Spa into “Margaritavillage”. Yikes! With festivities happening at various locations all over town, it’s sure to be fun and also cause some road congestion. I wouldn’t necessarily call this fest “kid-friendly” but there are some activities planned for little parrots.
