It’s hard not to notice the beautiful buildings on Weibel Ave in Saratoga, across the street from Cuddle Bugs Consignment. The project is called The Springs and its being built by Bonacio Construction, managed by Burns Management.
I visited The Springs apartments and took a tour of a couple units and was very impressed with both the luxury apartments, and the project itself, which combines residential and commercial space.
Phase 1 includes 60 luxury apartments and townhouses, with retail space. One of the most exciting things about this community is that our friends at Learning to Know daycare will be opening a second childcare location at The Springs in October! Imagine being able to live in a community with your child’s daycare, barber shop, coffee shop, dry cleaner, fitness center and more, just outside your door.
The apartment units are spacious and include gorgeous kitchens with granite and stainless steel appliances, ceramic tile flooring, cable and WiFi included, washer/dryer, huge closets, and are about as move-in-ready as you can get! With nearly 1800 sqft, the three bedroom apartments are spacious and perfect for a family.
The Springs are located near the Saratoga Race Course, convenient to I-87 and all of the commercial amenities off of exit 15 as well as Downtown Saratoga. I’m really looking forward to seeing what other businesses end up at The Springs! Regardless of whether you live there, it’s always nice to have more options for coffee, food, services and especially daycare. If you’re house or apartment hunting, it’s definitely worth looking into The Springs.
