10 am – 6 pm: March is maple season! Stop by for a free tour at RIverside Maple Farms to learn how maple syrup is made from tap to table. Enjoy samples of maple products including syrup, spread, and cotton candy. Learn about the versatility of maple syrup from savory dishes to classic pancakes with recipes from around the state.
10-4 pm: Stop by Riverside Maple Farms to enjoy a hot bowl of mac and cheese from area food truck favorite The Mac Factor. Try their famous Adirondack which features Riverside Maple Farms’ own dark maple syrup.
12 – 3 pm: Try some Sugar on Snow at Riverside Maple Farms. Join us for this traditional winter activity as we pour hot maple syrup into ice turning it into a delicious taffy treat.
12 – 6 pm: Snowshoe, cross-country ski, hike, or sled on the Maple-Beer Trail. This 1/4 mile trail links Wolf Hollow Brewing Company to Riverside Maple Farms. Green maple leaf signs point the way to Riverside Maple Farms and wolf paw signs point to Wolf Hollow Brewing Company. Stop by Wolf Hollow Brewing Company to celebrate St. Patrick’s with some of the best beer in Schenectady County.
